Description
The City of Vista Engineering Department, Land Development Section, is requesting proposals from civil engineering consulting firms to provide professional development review services for: Hydrology and Hydraulic Studies Storm Water Quality Management Plans Conformance between submitted reports and plans, and the City Municipal Code Conformance between submitted Stormwater Quality Management Plans and the Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the City’s Best Management Plan Design Manual As-needed Additional Professional Development Services The services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award up to three contracts to provide the services requested for a three-year term, with an optional extension for up to two years for a maximum term of five years from the date of the contract. The City anticipates that the services provided under each awarded contract shall not exceed $750,000 over the term of the agreement.
