(1) Vendor needs to provide radio network system review and design services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA. • Provide a complete a review of the current radio systems, a radio frequency coverage and compliance study, and perform requirement gathering from all internal city stakeholders for the three systems.• Current systems and radio frequency coverage, a determination on the feasibility of upgrading the current systems and a manufacturer and vendor–agnostic design for a replacement radio system or systems.• Radio system evaluation of current city radio systems.• Radio frequency compliance and coverage study.• Requirement and input gathering.• Feasibility determination of upgrading the current systems and recommended upgrade path.• Radio system upgrade and design.• Cost estimates of proposed design or replacement solution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
