Civic Center Renovation Project

Notice is hereby given that the City of Pacifica will receive sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the construction of the Civic Center Campus Facilities Project at 170 Santa Maria Avenue and 1810 Francisco Boulevard, Pacifica, CA 94044. The Project consists of renovation of the existing Civic Center Campus with associated sitework and parking lot as shown on Documents prepared by Group 4 Architecture, Research + Planning, Inc. Work on the Campus includes: 1. Buildings a. Existing City Hall: 1) Exterior renovation. 2) Addition of a new elevator tower and glass-enclosed, wrap-around stair. b. Full interior renovation and new restrooms P + P Building. c. Demolition of the existing Police Department Building. 2. Sitework a. New pedestrian pathways and paving. b. New planting, trees, lighting and site furnishings. 3. Surface Parking a. A new surface parking lot with vegetated landscape and trees planted in the existing facility location.
