NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the Civic Center Alternate Power Source Project. The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials and incidentals for removal of the existing 250 kW unit, the installation of a new 563 kW emergency generator at a new location in the back of City Hall, newly constructed building to house the new generator, security improvements to the parking structure as well as other incidental work needed to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. Project will contain two phases of work; 1) Procure necessary equipment for phase 2 and build/install security improvements to the parking structure; 2) install generator in newly constructed building to house the new generator.
