The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified professionals (“Contractor”) with experience and expertise related to the understanding of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regulations and reporting as it relates to Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO). StanCOG is seeking a qualified Contractor to update the Title VI Report (including the LAP and PPP) and the Environmental Justice Analysis in compliance with FTA and FHWA regulations.
