Description
The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was originally due to StanCOG on June 1, 2021. StanCOG is reissuing the RFP with a new submittal due date of June 14, 2021. The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) seeks a qualified consultant (Consultant) to complete the 2022 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The 2022 RTP/SCS will be an update to the 2018 StanCOG RTP/SCS. The 2022 RTP/SCS and EIR shall comply with all appropriate federal and state requirements, including but not limited to AB 32 and SB 375. Additionally, the 2022 RTP/SCS shall be subject to any new requirements established in existing state and federal laws, rules and regulations including the federal surface transportation reauthorization, Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act).
