(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber design and installation service to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – Minimum 6–strand single–mode fiber, one strand active and remaining dark for self–provisioned purposes by the customer.– Building engineering systems, for the fiber design and installation to service.– Constructed fiber infrastructure shall be developed.       (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
