The County of Volusia is soliciting qualified Contractors to provide county-wide pressure washing and soft-wash services for buildings, structures, and related exterior surfaces across all County divisions and facilities. This shall be a master agreement available for use by all County departments, including but not limited to: Facilities Management Library Services Coastal Division (Parks & Beach Facilities) Solid Waste Division Votran - Volusia County Public Transportation System Information Technology Daytona Beach Ocean Center Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA) The intent is to establish competitively awarded pricing and standardized service expectations for routine, scheduled, and as-needed exterior cleaning services.
