Escambia County Inmate Food Services, Various County-Wide Food Services and Other Services

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek competitive proposals from qualified experienced bidders for the provision and operation of inmate food service, associated Community Outreach Programs and other services for the Escambia County. The goal of this RFP is to select a Contractor or Contractors that will be responsible for but not limited to the management and operation of food services to include procurement, food preparation and delivery. In addition to inmate food services, Escambia County is looking for a Contractor or Contractors to provide culinary arts and community outreach program to assist in the reentry and jobs placement of inmates, an onsite staff dining operations, food services for County staff during an emergency, catering services and operation of “mini markets” throughout various locations in the County.
