Professional Sales and Property Tax Audit Services

The City is interested in receiving responses to this Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q) from qualified firms to provide professional services in connection with; Forecasting sales/use tax and property tax revenue and provide written reports to City staff Identifying and correcting misallocations of sales/use tax and property tax revenue Developing strategies to attract and retain sales/use tax and property tax producing businesses and properties The City inte nds to award a three-year agreement with two potential one-year extension options . The awarded firm must provide the required insurance documents and comply with all City of Thousand Oaks and all other applicable code, ordinance, and safety regulations.
