RFP - Project Background and Purpose The City of Lake Forest ("City") seeks proposals ("Proposals") from experienced and qualified firms ("Respondents") to provide for property tax auditing services. The City's is seeking economic consulting services and property tax auditing services to maintain and enhance the City's revenue base. The main objectives include ensuring complete and accurate remittance of property taxes, to receive regular and timely updates of trends and legislation affecting the property tax revenues of the City, to receive economic consulting services in projecting future revenues through written and verbal analyses and reports and a partner that is available to provide consulting services on miscellaneous property tax revenue related questions.
