FCC is seeking qualified proponents to collaborate in the creation and implementation of an actionable plan that builds on the strengths of the organization’s highly dedicated workforce to further define a target employee experience, culture, and future performance expectations required to deliver on a strategy that serves customers and the agriculture and food industry. The successful proponent will partner with FCC to: Define a pathway from current experience and ways of working to the desired direction; Enable leaders to model, communicate, and support adoption of the desired culture and employee experience; and Deliver a prioritized, integrated action plan, including communication guidance that leverages FCC’s intranet and meeting channels. RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (CUKTCA). This opportunity is subject to the Buy Canadian Policy Framework and open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers located in the territory of an applicable trading partner.
