Description

The City of Tampa is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an all-in-one solution for all printing, sorting and mailing services. This shall include all labor, equipment and materials necess ary for the printing, sorting, stuffing, postage and mailing of monthly utility bills, utility letters, and any other documents as required by the City. The City intends on using a phased approach for these services to include a utility bill redesign and implementing an e-bill option as separate phases of the project. The Successful Proposer shall have the capability to take over all printing and mailing services for the City without delay. Successful Proposers shall demonstrate a traditional bill print and an e-bill option.
