This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW RFO 5.101, for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, IAW 10 U.S.C. 3572, as implemented by RFO 6.103–1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.“ The Air Force intends to award a Firm–Fixed–Price (FFP) contract to iMetalx, Inc.
