CC 26-001 Web Based Teacher Evaluation Software

The Bridgeton Board of Education is accepting proposals from vendors to provide software to evaluate teacher performance. The software shall simplify school management for district administrators, their teams, school principals and teachers. The successful respondent shall provide on-site and online training for district administrators and teachers. The proposed software shall meet the following specifications: Software must meet the criteria for evaluations in NJ Charlotte Danielson Framework For Teaching Evaluation Instrument. Software shall be a sign-on cloud-based tool that will automate and streamline the educational process. Software shall be capable of handling teacher observations, Student Growth Objectives (SGO’s), Professional Development Plans (PDP’s) and auto-calculated observations, and summative ratings. Capable of generating the NJ Homeroom submission file(s). Software must be web-based and customizable to manage evaluations for various groups (teachers, administrators, tenured teachers/administrators and probationary teachers/administrators). Single Sign-On (SSO) feature. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) feature. Azure Active Directory Authentication.
