(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel development opportunity services to the government authority located in Washington.– Developer to deliver a destination hotel project that reflects the character while elevating the waterfront as a year–round economic and recreational hub.– Secure a long–term ground lease on a highly visible waterfront parcel and to create a hotel development that serves as an anchor for waterfront activity.– Responsible for full project delivery, including financing, entitlements, design, construction, and operations.– Port will be developing complementary public infrastructure, a park, an event facility, andshared parking during the same estimated timeline for construction of the hotel.– Promotes activation of the public realm with complementary uses of spaces such as: restaurant,café, and gathering space.– Serves marina users, tourists, and regional visitors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31,2026.
