Hotel Development Consultant Services

There are potentially Three Phases for this project. Phases Two and Three shall be dependent on the results of Phase One. This RFP addresses Phase One and provides highlights of Phases Two and Three. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the “Aviation Authority”) is soliciting interested parties to perform a feasibility analysis and marketing study for the purpose to assist the Aviation Authority in marketing and development of a second hotel at MCO within the Terminal C Complex. Consultant Services will include an assessment as to whether the Aviation Authority possesses the current consumer demand to interest a developer in building a lodging property, which is financially sustainable for the Aviation Authority. The Agreement, if awarded following the RFP process, will be for performed in phases, with Phase 1 to commence on or about November 1, 2023.
