(1) Vendor needs to provide preparatory services for individualized exercise recommendations for breast cancer survivors to the government authority located in Maryland.– Provide monthly written status reports with activities completed, progress of ongoing activities, and any problems identified. – Provide status reports on a weekly basis to assess progress, or more frequently as requested. – Conduct bi–weekly phone meetings to discuss project updates and the next steps for web interface development. – Provide documentation for the programs. – Review and edit manuscripts for publication in peer–reviewed journals. – Provide documentation of performance, information, data, and documents related to analyses. – Maintain an itemized budget. – Provide a semi–annual progress report. – Continuous support throughout the performance period to troubleshoot any issues.
