Increasing Cancer Screening Rates through Community-Based Partners Project (Breast and Cervical Cancer Program)

Description
Community-based systems are invited to submit a proposal in response to this Increasing Cancer Screening Rates through Community-Based Partners Project Request for Applications (RFA). Competitive grants will be awarded to selected applicants who can implement activities aimed at linking eligible individuals with the MS-BCCP and its provider networks to support the delivery of breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services, patient navigation, and outreach and education activities within the targeted communities. These activities should result in the increase of breast and cervical cancer screening rates and reduction of breast and cervical cancer disparities using these evidence-based approaches. This RFA includes instructions for proposal submission, grant specific guidelines and budget requirements. This is a competitive application process. To submit a proposal, each applicant must comply with the instructions included in this RFA. By submitting a proposal, the applicant agrees to the RFA terms and conditions.
