Description

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified, responsible and experienced contactors to furnish and install a Project Title in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. The City’s goal is to provide motorists an aggregate real-time occupancy with intelligent transportation system to find unoccupied parking spaces which maximizes usage and revenue in the city owned parking spaces. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this document.
