GREATER ORLANDO AVIATION AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, hereinafter called "Owner," hereby requests sealed proposals from Proposers for “ PARKING GUIDANCE SYSTEM (D/B). ” Sealed proposals must be received via the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority E-Procurement platform as described above, no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, September 30, 2024. The technical proposals will be distributed to staff for evaluation. The price proposals will remain sealed until publicly opened at the Procurement Committee meeting currently scheduled for November 5, 2024 . No time extensions will be given. The time is needed for the Small Business Development Department to conduct a full compliance review and evaluation of the MWBE/LDB/VBE Participation Exhibits. The Design Criteria Package Documents a re attached to the solicitation page on the e-procurement platform. Access to the folder can be acquired by registering on the e-procurement platform and following the solicitation. A complete examination and understanding of the drawings and specifications contained in the Design Criteria Package Documents is necessary in order for the Proposer to properly submit a Proposal. The failure to comply with any requirement contained in the Design Criteria Package Documents may result in the rejection of the Proposal as non-responsive or a finding that the Proposer is unqualified for this Project. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at the Orlando International Airport, GOAA Maintenance Facility Classroom, 8648 Casa Verde Rd, Orlando, FL 32827, on August 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time. A Site Inspection will be conducted during the Pre-Proposal Conference. The Pre-Proposal Conference is the primary opportunity that Proposers will have to address with the Owner questions about the Project, the Contract Documents, or the Owner’s security requirements.
