As-Needed Professional Engineering, Aquatic Design and Construction Support Services for the Wave Waterpark

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professionals to provide as-needed professional engineering, aquatic design, and construction support services for Capital Improvement Project (CIP) projects which support the rehabilitation of the Wave Waterpark. All proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code (VMC) and the City will select up to three (3) firms according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFQ and any subsequent negotiations.
