As-Needed Professional Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing, and Construction Inspection Services

The City of Vista (City) & Buena Sanitation District (BSD) are soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professionals (Consultant) to provide geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and construction inspection services for sewer projects (for City Sewer Dept and BSD) and some capital improvement projects (for City Engineering Dept) under a non-exclusive agreement on an as-needed basis. From the SOQs received, up to two (2) consulting firms will be selected to provide the requested services.
