MPA 204 OE Printing Services, Offset and Digital

MPA 204 Open Enrollment establishes a list of vendors capable of providing Printing Offset/Digital Services. This solicitation is being conducted under the State of Rhode Island OEV (open enrollment process). In addition, vendors may be utilized by quasi-public agencies, Rhode Island municipalities and school districts. This is a pass/fail evaluation. Vendors can apply for either service or both as described in the specification. Depending on the agencies printing project many options need to be available when it comes to size, materials, and finishes. Proposals received by September 26th, 2025, at 11:00AM EST will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
