DIGITAL PRINTING & COPYING SERVICES AND FINISHING

City of Seattle / FAS - Purchasing

Description

This ITB is a call for competition to establish contracts for digital color and digital black & white printing and copying services and finishing on an as-need basis. This solicitation includes certain environmentally preferable standards for routine orders, such as a standard for 100% PCF paper. Seattle Municipal Code 20.60.200 directs the City to pursue green products. The City also has many other individual, separate non-routine jobs. The City departments will select among the printers in the pool for those jobs. Currently, the City wide usage in the past twelve months has been approximately $700,000.00 for these combined services. At the City’s option, eco-friendly services may be awarded as a separate contract or may be part of an award of standard services.
