Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pumping Station

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for the Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pumping Station. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2PM on Thursday, May 07, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. The proposed 0.42-MGD Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pump Station project includes demolition of the existing WWPS and generator room; construction of a new wet well and valve-vault–style pump station; construction of a new electrical and control building with associated electrical, controls, plumbing, and HVAC systems; and site improvements including grading, paving, fencing and gates, landscaping, and stormwater best management practices. The project also includes construction of associated gravity sewer, low-pressure sewer force main, and water main improvements, along with related appurtenances, to convey wastewater to the proposed pump station and pump sewage from the site into the collection system.
