Mill Branch Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) HVAC and Odor Control Improvements

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes Perform construction upgrades at the Mill Branch WWPS, located at 2701 N. W. Crain Highway, Bowie, in Prince George's County, MD, to include the following: i. HVAC and Plumbing Improvements: Replacement of existing heating and ventilation systems including associated piping, ductwork, louvers, and dampers for compliance with NFPA 820. ii. Odor control Improvements: Replacement of existing odor control system with larger unit for compliance with HVAC and odor improvements, including associated piping. iii. Other Mechanical: Provision of temporary equipment, instruments, tools, and manpower to maintain proper ventilation of the facility. iv. Instrumentation & Process Control System: Replacement of existing HVAC and Odor Control Panel, including all related electrical connections. Replacement of existing combustible gas monitoring transmitter, and sensors. v. Electrical Improvements: Replacement of existing HVAC and odor control panels related electrical connections. Replacement of existing Lighting Features. vi. Structural and Architectural Rehabilitation: Modification of Odor Control foundation support Pad, and other minor structural repairs. New wall openings and modification of existing openings, veneers, louvers, blank off panels, and metal doors.
