DRA-10945 - USA (Columbia, Missouri) - Historian and Architectural Survey Consultant Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historian and architectural survey consultant services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.                                                     – To conduct a reconnaissance level architectural survey.• Reconaissance–Level Survey– Consultant survey shall document the existing historic character and conditions of each property within the survey area.– Consultant shall provide a historic context for the development of the survey area, make recommendations for future preservation activities, including additional survey recommendations and evaluation of National Register eligibility.– Consultant shall submit documentation for the two public information meetings (i.e., press release, newspaper/web advertisement, sign–in sheet).• Public Meeting• Special Conditions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
