DRA-10936 - USA (Pasadena, California) - Survey Consultant Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide survey consultant services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.– Provide on–call survey consultant services. – Consultant will be to perform subdivision map checking services, legal description preparation, and boundary survey work for various private development projects as directed by the City on an as needed basis– Provide subdivision map checking services for various private development projects and coordinate review/approval process with surveyors of record.– Prepare legal descriptions and plats for easements, license agreements, and/or street vacations.– Establish permanent Benchmarks for proposed project at reasonable intervals as necessary and provide complete description in field notes.– Prepare field notes, computer files, and other data including all references and supporting documents as required.– Research reference materials for projects.– Collect and provide data to the City in digital format compatible with current City software.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
