Description
Through the FY23 budget process, the City of Surprise City Council accomplished prioritization of the City's 5-year CIP. This prioritization resulted in the funding for both the Future Fire Station #309 and the new Community Pool and Park. These two projects will allow for the City to continue to provide the highest level of services to the residents. The City issued a survey to the residents to gather input on the location and the amenities for the new Community Pool and Park. The survey results identified the pool location to where the Future Fire Station #309 is located. This created the unique opportunity to construct these projects at the same time.
