Description
The City is seeking a qualified design team to provide design and post design services for both a new Fire Station 309 and a new Community Pool. The design team should consist of two consultants with the expertise to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for an approximately 16,000 square foot Fire Station and a Community Pool comprised of a 50-meter competitive swimming lap pool and recreational swim features. The fire station and pool will be located on the same site, and are intended to be constructed simultaneously. The City intends to issue one contract for the design of both the fire station and the pool, and once design is underway the City plan on issuing a solicitation for a CMAR contractor.
