EDUCATION-17504 - USA (Des Moines, Iowa) - Strength and Conditioning Coach Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide strength and conditioning coach services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– High School serves a diverse student population and sponsors a comprehensive activities and athletics program.– Successful proposer will be expected to support all students and athletic programs while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, and excellence.– Activities Department, coaches, athletic trainers, and school administration to develop and implement a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that promotes athletic performance, injury prevention, student wellness, leadership development, and lifelong fitness habits.– Responsibilities include, but not limited to:– Lead strength and conditioning sessions.– Collaborate with coaches, teachers, administrators and athletic trainers.– Develop training programs appropriate for student–athletes at various experience levels.– Design sport–specific and age–appropriate training plans.– Conduct athletic performance assessments.– Maintain records of athlete participation and progress.– Teach proper lifting techniques and movement mechanics.– Instruct students on injury prevention strategies.– Promote proper nutrition, hydration, recovery, and wellness habits.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
