(1) Vendor needs to provide physical enrichment service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – Provide physical enrichment services: during or after school day in person activities such as physical literacy and functional movement, and health and wellness concepts. – Services can be short or long term, time limited, or ongoing.– General theme of activities, including the intended benefits and instructional or skill–building emphasis.– Typical format of services, as well as the range of customization available.– Any pre/post assessment or other evaluation of impact.– Target population (if not universal, i.e., girls/boys, grade levels).– Group size capacity, ratios of staff to students.– Inclusions (materials, equipment, snacks, facility type, space requirements, etc.) as well as detailed indoor/outdoor facility and space requirements (specific mats, gymnasium flooring, square footage needed, etc.)– Number of staff present, roles, and relevant experience to include managing safe behaviors and physical movement in a k–12 school setting  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
