STAFF-16383 - USA (San Marcos, Texas) - League Provider and Operator Services - Deadline July 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide league provider and operator services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX.– Operator is responsible for the day–to–day maintenance and continual upkeep of the facilities and supplies.– Recreation should be the primary focus, with some higher–level of play, and develop balanced teams through the team selection process.– Ensure adult supervision is present in an official capacity for every league practice, official game, tournament game, camp or clinic.– Staffing of the sportsplex including operations, programming, administration, and maintenance.– Ensure all head coaches are certified for coaching youth by a national, state, or local accredited coaching certification program that is recognized by the county.– Operator will validate the quality of adult leadership by requiring statewide criminal background checks of all head coaches, game officials, board members, and any other person acting in an official capacity with the organization directly overseeing children.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8,2026.(4) The contract period will be for ten years.
