The purpose of this RFP is to establish a multiple year, up to five (5) years, Contract for services that include each Category listed below. </span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Awarded Contractor or Contractor's will have expertise and provide support in the following Categories of service:</span></p><ol style=\"margin-top: 6.0pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><li style=\"list-style: none; margin: 6pt 0in 0.0001pt 9.267px; font-size: 14px;\"><ol style=\"margin-top: 6.0pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><li style=\"list-style: none; margin: 6pt 0in 0.0001pt 0px; font-size: 14px;\"><ul style=\"margin-top: 6.0pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 0.0001pt 0px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Category A: </strong>Marketing Services</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Category B: </strong>Media Buying Services</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Category C: </strong>Video Production Services</span></li></ul></li></ol></li></ol><p style=\"margin: 5.9pt 11.9pt 0.0001pt 34.35pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Awarded Contractor(s) will perform work in support of the following BFT&rsquo;s goals and objectives in cooperation with BFT Staff:</span></p><ol style=\"margin-top: 3.05pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><li style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0in 0.0001pt 33.3334px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Promote BFT services that result in increased Fixed Route Ridership and increase Vanpool customer base.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3pt 16.3pt 0.0001pt 33.3333px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Increase awareness of the value and benefit BFT provides to key audiences. This includes area residents, commuters, youth, seniors, employers, community organizations, veterans, Spanish Language, and other designated stakeholder groups.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3pt 49.15pt 0.0001pt 33.3333px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Build and maintain positive relationships with BFT customers, taxpayers, community partners, and news media, among others.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3.05pt 0in 0.0001pt 33.2667px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Advance BFT&rsquo;s brand and the delivery of a positive brand promise.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3.1pt 38.25pt 0.0001pt 33.2667px; line-height: 98%; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 98%;\">Inform customers, stakeholders, and the general public about BFT news and activities.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3.1pt 14.45pt 0.0001pt 33.2667px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Position BFT as a customer-focused, cost effective, and valuable public service agency in Benton and Franklin Counties and as an innovative leader in the public transportation industry.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 3pt 25.55pt 0.0001pt 33.2667px; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Encourage community and stakeholder participation in BFT&rsquo;s planning efforts and public involvement opportunities.</span></li></ol>",
