Citywide On-Call Services List

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of West Sacramento ("City") is seeking Statements of Qualifications("SOQ") from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to establish a pre-qualified On-Call List for various Professional Services on an as-needed basis by the City. The pre-qualified On-Call list will be utilized to award future contract agreements for professional services on a project-by-project and/or task-by-task basis. Contract award amounts will be based on the negotiated scope of work and effort for the project and/or task. Selected consultants will remain on the On-Call list for a term of three (3) years and can be eligible for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. The City is seeking to obtain consultants to provide the following services on an as-needed, on-call basis: Traffic Engineering & Transportation Planning Geotechnical Engineering Services Construction Management & Inspection Services Labor Compliance Services Professional Engineering Services Grant Writing Services Land Surveying Services Right of Way Services GIS & Mapping Services Public Outreach Services Drone Mapping Services Other Miscellaneous Professional Services Each qualified Proposer is to submit a response in conformity with the terms of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFQ and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
