Such services include, but are not limited to: civil engineering services, including:</p><ul><li><strong>Feasibility Studies</strong>: Assessing the viability of proposed projects.</li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Preliminary Design Reports</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Creating initial design concepts and recommendations.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Construction Plans and Specifications</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Preparing detailed plans and specifications for construction projects.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Cost Estimation</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Providing construction costs and budget planning.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Project Management</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Overseeing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and staff augmentation for special inspection services.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><strong>Construction Management </strong><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">and Special Inspections: </strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Provide construction administration services including submittal review, Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Clarification (RFC) responses, and staff augmentation for special inspection services.</span></span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Surveying and Mapping</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Conducting land surveys and creating maps for project planning.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Environmental Assessments</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Evaluating environmental impacts and compliance.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Geotechnical Engineering</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Analyzing soil and rock conditions for foundation design.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Structural Engineering</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Designing and analyzing structural components.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Transportation Engineering</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Planning and designing transportation infrastructure.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Water Resources Engineering</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Managing water supply, drainage, and flood control systems.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Quality Assurance/Quality Control</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Ensuring that projects meet specified standards and requirements.</span></li><li><strong style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Public Consultation and Engagement</strong><span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">: Facilitating communication with stakeholders and the public.</span></li></ul><p>At least three (3) years of experience providing similar services for a variety of projects that range in magnitude and scope, as is characteristic of on-call contracts, is required to oversee the work, stamp, and sign all project related documents as required for city-owned facilities and infrastructure projects. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of sub-consultants to cover all potential types of projects.</p>",
