Bids are solicited for repair and replacement of sections of deteriorated metal stairs and concreted filled metal landings in Building 'A' at ACUA's Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 1801 Absecon Blvd., Atlantic City, New Jersey. The stair repair includes removing all existing mesh panels (five runs of stairs); replacing one (1) 14 rise stair run and one (1) 5 rise stair run including stringers, treads, and guardrails; replacing existing structural supports for the two (2) stair runs; replacing six (6) existing landings; and disposal of all demolition materials.
