The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Renovation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Building (“The Project”). The Project will involve certain demolition, utility improvements, and general building construction at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (the “Work”).
