RFQ to Provide Engineering On-call Services for Wastewater Treatment Plant Repair Projects

The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department (City) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide on-call engineering services for repair projects at the Lynnwood wastewater treatment plant. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of identification and resolution of issues within WWTP equipment and processes, engineering design for improvement and retrofit projects, assisting the city in handling emergency repairs, providing support for the plant's SCADA systems, conducting economic feasibility assessments for proposed solutions, assisting the city with bidding, overseeing construction management, and conducting technical inspections and condition assessments.
