Description
PURPOSE : The City of Chesapeake is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract to furnish all tools, labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Various Right-of-Way Improvements as described herein below. The City reserves the right to make awards to multiple Contractors as a result of this solicitation. BACKGROUND : The City utilizes on call contractors for the installation of various right-of-way improvements. The current contract expires July 5, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK : The City seeks licensed, qualified contractors to complete various right-of-way improvements and projects. This includes drainage improvements, paving and pavement marking and concrete flatwork. See attached.
