On-Call Right-of-Way Services

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide On-Call Right-of-Way (ROW) Services for existing and future operations & maintenance projects, capital improvement projects, and other capital projects. Proposed services should include: Phase 1 & 2 Site Assessment, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition, relocation, property management, title, escrow closing, conveyances, property disposition, sale, file closeout and condemnation support necessary to obtain and dispose of real property rights for parcels required to complete construction of multiple projects within the City. Right-of-Way services are necessary to complete construction of various operations & maintenance projects, capital improvement projects, and other capital projects located throughout the City. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work . The City's objective with this RFQ is to enter into multiple on-call contracts with one or more vendors. The contract will be a three-year term and the not-to-exceed contract amounts will be determined post award at the discretion of the City. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
