The work to be done consists of rehabilitating concrete facilities by removing and reconstructing sidewalks, driveway approaches, curb & gutters, and preservation of survey monuments. The purpose of this project is also to restore and maintain a defined flow line within the City’s Right-Of-Way, and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and delineated in the specifications.
