(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party administrative services for flexible spending accounts, limited purpose flexible spending accounts, dependent care assistance programs and cobra administration. • The vendor shall provide end–to–end, full–service COBRA administration• Notice Generation & Distribution: Timely production and mailing of Initial COBRA Notifications and Qualifying Event Election Notices within strict statutory timelines.• Workday System Integration: Establish and maintain robust, automated EDI/API data exchanges with Workday. The vendor must support regular demographic updates, enrollment changes, and payroll deduction files seamlessly, minimizing manual data entry for agency staff.• Account Management: Assign a dedicated implementation team to guarantee an orderly onboarding process, along with a designated ongoing Account Manager and clear executive escalation contacts.• The vendor shall provide comprehensive healthcare FSA administration, including enrollment processing, contribution tracking, claims adjudication, debit card functionality, and direct deposit reimbursements.• The vendor shall administer dependent care reimbursement accounts(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
