CLEANING-13057 - USA (Memphis, Tennessee) - Custodial Cleaning Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial cleaning services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.– Full–service contract for custodial cleaning services for all schools, athletic facilities and central office locations.– Respondent must provide evidence of having the ability to provide services for special events.– Provide evidence of having a contingency cleaning service plan for any unforeseen circumstance such as equipment failure or staff no shows.– Ensures that all scheduled housekeeping projects are carried out (e.g., buffing the floors, washing of windows, cleaning light fixtures, etc.).– Develops work schedules, assigns, supervises, and inspects the work of custodial personnel engaged in in keeping building, equipment, and premises in a clean, orderly condition.– Instructs subordinate custodial workers in proper custodial methods and use of new equipment.– Sweeps, mops, scrubs and renews floor surfaces utilizing floor scrubbing and polishing machines, vacuum cleaners, shampoo machines and other motorized cleaning equipment.– Cleans door mats, boiler flues, light fixtures, lamps, window shades and blinds, drinking fountains, chalkboards, walls, rails, heating and air–conditioning units, and trash containers as instructed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 14, 2026.
