Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Solution - Request for Information

Pinellas County is embarking on an initiative to replace and modernize its current enterprise resource planning (ERP) technology system. The County will seek to retire its current on-premises primary ERP solution (Oracle E-Business Suite) and replace it with a modern cloud-based (SaaS) solution. As a part of this transformation, the County is seeking information from experienced and reputable vendors in the field of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions proven in the local government public sector environment. The current County ERP solution supports approximately 3,200 employees across multiple constitutional offices, appointing authorities, and various critical County functions. The County's objective is to procure and implement a robust, adaptable, and configurable ERP system using either a monolithic architecture (one solution with all required features) or composable architecture (multiple solutions with service-level API integration) with platforms that can integrate seamlessly while offering a wide range of best-in-breed business functionality as outlined in this request.
