Description

The City of Flagstaff is seeking to contract for Christmas Holiday Light and Decorations at Wheeler Park, City Hall, Two Spot Engine, Visitor Center, Downtown Flagstaff area, and the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Library. Contractor shall supply all materials of lighting strands (LED), vehicles and equipment needed to access the structures, extra cords, ladders, labor, permitting for work in the public rights-of-way, installation and maintenance of lighting, and take-down of lighting. The City of Flagstaff will not be providing any of the lighting at these locations. City will provide wreaths. Installation needs to occur by November 18, 2026, and be removed after December 31, 2026, and no later than January 10, 2027.
