Description
The City of El Mirage (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide and install holiday lights and decorations throughout various City facilities and locations. Services will include the design, installation, maintenance, and removal of seasonal decorations on buildings, trees, and surrounding grounds. Decorations are installed annually for approximately six (6) weeks, beginning in late November. Current locations include City Hall, Gateway Park, Gentry Park, the Fire Station, the Police Station, and one (1) water tank site. Vendors may also propose additional locations for consideration. The selected vendor must demonstrate experience in similar projects and the ability to deliver high-quality, safe, and visually appealing holiday displays that enhance the City’s seasonal presentation.
