Vendor needs to provide project rental assistance program services to the government authority located in Washington.• To provide units within a multi–family housing project that are designated to serve the target population through the 811 project–based rent assistance (PRA) program.• Project–based rental assistance fills the gap between the tenant’s rent share and the approved rent amount for a designated unit.• To provide project–based rental assistance in the development of supportive housing for extremely low income, non–elderly, persons with disabilities and their households.• Perform all management and maintenance functions in a manner congruent with the program guidelines.• To provide decent, safe and sanitary rental units to eligible participants.
