Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a qualified contractor pool to provide painting services for the City of Homestead, Florida. This pool will support ongoing Facilities Maintenance needs and allow the City to issue work orders on an as-needed basis. Multiple vendors may be awarded. Contractors must provide all labor supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to properly perform painting services in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, applicable codes and regulations.
